Your store. Your custom domain.

Continuing on our mission to provide everything you need to run your digital e-commerce store, the first release of custom domains is here. Now your storefront can look just as professional as your one-of-a-kind products.

Remember, with Lemon Squeezy you can manage multiple stores under the same account. There’s no limit to the number of domains you can add to your Lemon Squeezy stores.

As mentioned above, this is the first release of custom domains. In this release, you can add existing domains from another registrar to your store. In the next release, we will roll out the ability to purchase new domains directly from your Lemon Squeezy account.

Build your email list with lead magnets

Moving right along, let’s talk about another new feature we’re calling lead magnets. As we prepare for the upcoming mega release of our email marketing feature — we’re packing Lemon Squeezy full of goodies to get the most out of your email marketing.

Lead magnets are digital products that you give away for free in exchange for contact details (most often an email address) to help grow your audience.

Creating a lead magnet is as simple as creating a product. When choosing the pricing type of your digital product, you’ll notice four new options.

Introducing Lemon Squeezy’s new pricing plans

Easy peasy is at the heart of the Lemon Squeezy experience, and the update will simplify pricing for new customers. Additionally, being a bootstrapped company of creators ourselves, our hope is to be funded by our customers rather than investors.

We’re rolling out 3 new plans:

• Basic
• Pro
• Advanced

The new Basic plan reduces transaction fees, making them consistent across every plan, and includes everything you need to get started selling online.

The Pro plan is perfect for creators who want to take their business to the next level, and the Advanced plan (coming soon) is for the Top Guns that require the whole kit and kaboodle.

Beta plan users: you’ve been grandfathered. Nothing will change with your service.

Fresh plan users: your account will move to an extended 60-day trial.

What’s next?

With every release (or Lemon Drop), Lemon Squeezy becomes even more powerful. From the beginning, we’ve made it clear that our focus is to become the most trustworthy e-commerce platform for digital products. We’re on our way, but there’s still a bunch of work to do.
